Effective: October 27, 2026
1. Scope. CEO Lawyer Academy is operated by CEO Lawyer, LLC, which is the sole contracting party for all Program purchases. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Ali Awad Law P.C., its attorneys, employees, and affiliates are not parties to Program purchase agreements and are not responsible for Program performance, payment obligations, refunds, or disputes arising from Program participation. These Terms apply when you complete checkout, sign an order form, confirm a purchase or payment plan in writing (including by email), or access any Program, whichever happens first.
2. Pricing, Bundles and Discounts. Any bundle price, discount or custom pricing is offered in exchange for your commitment to the full bundle or plan. If a bundle is canceled before completion, discounts associated with the remaining Programs may be forfeited, and Programs already received will be valued at the pricing disclosed at purchase.
3. Payment Plans. Payment plans must be confirmed in writing. Your email confirmation is acceptable as written confirmation. Each payment is tied to Program access as outlined in the plan. Once access to a Program is provided, payments allocated to that Program become earned and non-refundable.
4. Digital Access; No Return. Programs are delivered digitally. Once access is granted, the content is considered delivered and can’t be returned. Ending or suspending access doesn’t reduce what you owe for a Program you’ve already received.
5. Cancellation. You may cancel future Programs you haven’t accessed yet by written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation stops access to future Programs only. It doesn’t cancel payments owed for Programs already granted. Cancellation takes effect once we confirm it in writing.
6. Refunds. All sales are final once Program access is granted, except where a signed order form or written agreement expressly provides a refund policy.
7. Missed Payments. A missed payment may result in suspension of access. If a missed payment isn’t made up within 15 days, we may end your access, and the remaining balance for Programs you’ve received becomes due immediately. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection, and you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorneys’ fees to the extent permitted by law.
8. Chargebacks. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for Programs you’ve received, you agree to contact CEO Lawyer Academy and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. We may submit these Terms, your written confirmations and your access records in response to any dispute.
9. Upgrades. If you upgrade to the Accelerate Program, payments made toward your current Program may be credited toward Accelerate, as confirmed in writing at the time of the upgrade.
10. License and Intellectual Property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Program content within your own firm. You may not share logins or reproduce, distribute or resell any content. Sharing access is a material breach.
11. No Guarantee of Results. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, profitability, client acquisition, case volume, settlements, verdicts, or other outcomes. Testimonials, case studies, and success stories are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future results.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by Georgia law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Programs, any payment obligation, or termination of enrollment, the parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations for thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, administered by the Islamic Association of Muslim Scholars (IAMS) or another mutually agreed neutral provider, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the selected provider. The arbitrator shall have authority to award any remedy available under applicable law.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. All claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
13. Electronic Records and Signatures. Electronic communications, email confirmations, electronic signatures, and online acceptances satisfy any requirement that an agreement be in writing, and such acceptance is deemed the equivalent of a handwritten signature.
14. Educational Purpose Only. The Programs are provided for educational and business-development purposes only and do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
15. No Attorney-Client Relationship. Participation in any Program, coaching session, event, webinar, or communication with CEO Lawyer Academy does not create an attorney-client relationship or legal affiliation, such as contractor or agency, with CEO Lawyer, LLC, Ali Awad Law P.C., Ali Awad, or any affiliated attorney. Program content is educational in nature and is not legal advice, offer of attorney services, or employment.
16. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with your order form, written payment plan or written confirmation, are the entire agreement for the Programs purchased.
